ISOLATION

Many people including older adults are isolated due to the pandemic. When the pandemic initially started, the media reported that older adults are at risk. Of course, many sought refuge in their homes leading to limited contact with the outside world. Isolation can lead to depression and/or anxiety.

Caregivers are people we may work with everyday, see in the local grocery store, or a close friend. These people tackle daily living with the stress that accompanies a caregiver role.
