SERVICES
THERAPY SESSIONS
Sessions are offered to adults 25 and older for depression, anxiety, isolation, grief, and caregiver burnout.

Depression & Anxiety
Given recent events in our country, many are experiencing one or both anxiety and depression. It is a difficult time to process everything occurring in 2020. It has been overwhelming. You can openly express those feelings without judgement. We will work with you to utilize coping strategies to help you continue with life.

ISOLATION
Many people including older adults are isolated due to the pandemic. When the pandemic initially started, the media reported that older adults are at risk. Of course, many sought refuge in their homes leading to limited contact with the outside world. Isolation can lead to depression and/or anxiety.

CAREGIVER BURNOUT
Caregivers are people we may work with everyday, see in the local grocery store, or a close friend. These people tackle daily living with the stress that accompanies a caregiver role. We want you to continue to be a support for your loved one, but we also want you to practice self care. If you are running on empty, you will have nothing remaining for anyone else.
